About me

Hello, I'm Alexa, I'm 30 years old and for more than 15 years, I have dedicated myself to exploring the world with the intention of connecting with something bigger: the love that unites us.

I studied International Relations at the University of Tec de Monterrey in Guadalajara, and I did a specialization in International Humanitarian Law at the Faculty of Law and Science Poº in Toulouse, France. 

​

In parallel, I always explored all forms of arts and paths that would lead me to discover other cultures. I studied music for 7 years and photography for 3. I have visited 5 continents, 38 countries and 100 cities. I speak several languages but above all, my thing, my thing, has been going deeper.    

​

I have studied contemplative practices of various philosophical currents for the last 15 years and have delved mainly into Catholicism and Tibetan Buddhism. Yes, Jesus is the love of my life, and meditating makes me vibrate. 

Over the years I have discovered that what I am most passionate about is discovering, experimenting and sharing. I have been in the industry of Human Development for almost 7 years experimenting, sharing, producing and leading projects, workshops, retreats and courses of international stature with the aim of helping people all over the planet to have a more dignified life and above all, a life of enjoyment and inner fulfilment.

 

Among other things, I am a yoga teacher, a meditation teacher and a creator of experiences so that you can discover how wonderful it is to be you. I love working with people willing to discover in themselves the magic that exists behind so many stories we have created to fit in.

I have much more to discover, lives to explore and above all a dream to fulfill: to witness how you change the world, starting with yours.
